Bianca is our inhouse administrator. She keeps us on track with billing, payables and receivables. She has a background in percussion, musical performance and care work. She provides a timely and gentle approach to keeping the Kestrel Builders books pristine all while keeping us laughing and in high spirits.


Outside of Kestrel Builders, Bianca engages in activities that serve her community, using her musical and care skills to support local programs and organizations. Her commitment to making a positive impact, spreading joy and laughter is evident in both her professional and personal life.
